Old fear
The words we say to ourselves are often driven by fear — lessons learned young that we weren't good enough.
OUR STORY
Jackabella was founded by parents who named the company after their own children, Jack and Isabella. My Archangel grew from watching how those children spoke to themselves — and from a belief that the words we practise become the voice that stays with us.
The founders wanted every child to grow self-confidence and resilience through the way they speak to themselves, and to carry a quiet faith in something bigger than themselves: the archangels, or something powerful that watches over them and keeps them safe.
Teaching your child to speak kindly to themselves may be one of the most important things you ever do.

You are not your thoughts. They are a programme written by past experiences. Fear isn't real: it is the past projected onto a future that doesn't exist.
03
So who are you, really? You are love and energy — whole, powerful and courageous. If you don't feel that way, you've simply lost touch with your heart.

If you can be programmed, you can be reprogrammed. Your mind believes what you tell it, so tell it something good. When the old voice comes, don't fight it. Softly say: "No thank you. I am love. I am power. I am courage."
Change how you speak to yourself, and the world changes with you.
